X-OOM DVD Creator to eProformance -RW

I used this new X-oom sofware to convert an XviD to DVD format (Success!) and then burnt it onto one of these -RW discs. Played it in my DVD Player, the movie starts ok, plays great, then gets half way and dies. This has happened twice, with two different attempts. All I need to know is, that is it the media or the software causing the problem? I'm confused as if it hadn't copied correctly, why would it work in the first place?

Any help would be much appreciated!
