I see this as a great idea in one hand & a mixed bag of rabid weasels to be attached to my testicles in the other...
I.e., I'll be damned if I'm going to bother with purchasing into one more media circle jerk frontier of the future!!! Meaning: We went from records to 8-tracks - cassettes - CDs - DVDs - BluRays - Now most of us are pretty much writing our stuff to a hard drive, but Hollywierd would have us tapping the "cloud" (till the lights went out).
NOW, we're dabbling with lower cost, more easily mass produced micro drives that the movie studios will probably freak out about pirates hitting on in one fashion or another.
I Ain't Gonna Buy Star Wars Again!!! I don't care what it looks like!
Meh, too much money for one "movie stick" (unless you can use it as a regular USB drive later on if you wish) and will be loaded with DRM, meaning they're will probably be no way to download any of these movies, even if there's Ultraviolet on it. My guess is that it will die fast. Too little, too late. Should've been in development way before this for this to mature into a reality.

I was thinking the same thing. This seems kind of late into the game. USB technology isn't exactly new and I'm sure it won't be around for much longer for this to become popular whatsoever.
