not interrested when the cheaper device model wont run windows apps but the more expensive model will and they have the same o.s just microsoft disabled the o.s to install windows apps unfair

The cheaper ones (RT) are using Arm processors, these are not designed to run full windows. The expensive ones are running processors such as Intel and are more powerful and more expensive to build. There is a genuine difference, it is not just because they want to.

While on the "Surface" they may appear the same but one cannot run apps don't believe this to be the case.
