The new iMac also features a completely reengineered display that reduces reflection by 75 percent. It is powered by Intel Core i5 processors, or Core i7 if you wish to upgrade. Apple also described its new Fusion Drive option, an innovative new storage choice that gives customers the performance of flash storage and the capacity of a hard drive.

Yes, it was innovative...when someone else did it a few years ago! Watch Apple sue Gigabyte for including it on all their boards for the last three years...

Was this just copy-n-pasted from the Apple website or something?

It seems like it was copy-n-pasted, hybrid drives have been around for some time now. Maybe you just can't call them fusion drives, or they'll sue your a** off huh?

Wow.

They remove the firewire port, the audio in port, and ship with 5400 rpm drives instead of 7200 like the last imacs. Then they only include a measly 512MB ram on the GT640M video card?

Apple... why must you give with one hand and taketh with another?

And WHY the obsession with "ooooh! Look how THIN this imac is now!"? For Christ's sake, it's a friggin' desktop machine! It's not like we're gonna try to load this into our backpacks!

I said pretty much the same thing to a teacher I work with today that is a die hard blind Apple Fanboy.. Apple loves to place a brand on something and make the naive believe they innovated it or invented it.
