T-Mobile USA has made the Samsung Galaxy Note II available today, although the price tag is big enough to scare off anyone who was on the fence about buying the "phablet." The T-Mobile version has 42Mbps HSPA+. Also yes it does have the radio to support 4G LTE but T-Mobile has locked it out until they start building their LTE network in January.
