I hated Sprint in the early 2000's the service was so-so, the customer service was laughable, if the bill was 5 minutes late being paid they shut you off and made you pay fees through the nose to have it turned back on and they were so rude about it. They were half assed, greedy, arrogant bastards that treated people like pieces of shit. THAT'S why they lost customers en masse in the mid 2000's.
But I couldn't deny they had the best plans available today. truly unlimited text/call/data plans for much less than anybody else. but I was really weary of ever giving them another shot. But I can honestly say I'm glad I did. they took a real beating from customers that humbled their arrogant, greedy asses and learned a lesson in humility and are actually the best service I've had in a while. with their real unlimited plans I can't understand why would anyone wanting an iphone go anywhere else.
Sprint should be doing better, but I'm kinda glad they aren't because it keeps them honest.
