how do you? when you download it, it's already in an iso, so how do you add downloaded skins to the skins directory? is the only way to directly connect your xbox to your pc?

Use Craxtion 4 to uncompress the .ISO, then you just had the skins to the skins directory and then recompress the .ISO also using Craxtion 4 and you're done
