did you check the checksums of the dxar you flashed? that may be why your psp is acting like it is...flash remnents
Not sure what you mean, ?...rements...how would you get rid or clean it up?

Greetings.
I apologize in advance if this has been asked several times before, but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for.
I have a 271 TA-082, have DevHook 0.46, .51, and .52 installed.
Version 0.46 installed, and worked for me just fine. However, the ISO I want to play required me to use fw 3.03. I installed 0.51 (before I found out about .52), and it always did the same thing...
After selecting "Start DevHook", it gives me a "startup the devhook... save launcher setting... loading devhook... DH Ver. :0.51.0000 (now .052.0000)... reboot system" message.
And whenever I tried/try and run the PsarDumper 3.03, It gives me the white psp splash screen, and freezes there.
What is it I'm doing, or not doing, wrong?

Guide for 2.71 TA-082:: Playing ISO Games In Memorystick, Via USB And Emulating 3.01 With Devhook 0.51 BETA For 2.71 HEND
on step 14 in the dos like sometimes it gives an error message, and when i hit start a "system settings error" background comes up. however it says i am emulating 3.02. i have an cso on the memory card and its in the iso folder. How do i load the iso after a turn the psp off and then on (back to 2.71).

Hi, Guyz!
I hav a TA-082 PSP with firmware version 2.71 and I'm able to emulate 1.5 and 3.02.
I've been out of the PSP business for a while and was just wondering if I can somehow emulate a higher firmware version (perhaps by using a new DevHook)

Well, you can emulate 3.11 on firmware 2.71.

Hey guys. . . .I too have been off the forums for quite a while. Had my ta-082 (2.71) running homebrew well. . . until. . . . .I loaned the psp to my brother with one warning. . . .don't hit 'yes' when you try to run the Killzone UMD in drive and it asks you to update the firmware. . . . knob. . . I told him 'call me and I will walk you through the steps of loading diff games from the mem stick'. . . anyway. . . long story short. . . . I now have a psp with whatever firmware version is req to play killzone. What are my options? I will start to read all this stuff again, but it is very confusing with all the posts and reposts and updated posts, etc . Just looking to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Hi with a TA 82 and 2.71 FW what can you emmulate now ive been using HEND and devhook 51 and emulating 3.02 but some of the newer games are looking for a later firmware or so it appears.

Hi, Heres what i have done and i hope some one out there can understand, i would love some help.]
I have a TA-082 m/b and down graded thanx to Dark alex to 1.5 then upgraded to 3.02 oe-b it rocks yeah i dont need any devhook and stuff like that, but i can't play eboot files, it shows the title and game demo sound and pic on the MX under games but when i select it, nothing woks it keeps saying error????? Im glad i havnt bricked it but cant understand, can anyone help???

well depending on teh types of games you are doing if ur tryign to play like NES or playstation games games then ull have to look into popstation, and if you're actually running PSP games then you have to make sure you got the isos not just abunch of compiled folders.

I download eboot files with the pbp extension from www.mininova.org i get all my stuff there it pretty good for games, so i think it is already to go, as i put them straight into the games150 folder or games folder and when i select the memory stick in the menu of the psp the games shows up and i select it, it then shows picture of the maker of the pbp file asnd then it just goes to a "this game could not be loaded or an error message" like im trying to play games without using devhook. I can play isos easy by just selecting them in the games menu but to play eboot files i get error messages. Can you help?
i appreciate the input from you so far.

hello ,
i have a psp 1001 series and is a 2.71 fw with a ta-082 mobo.
i have done :
- Copy the UPDATE and idstoragechange folders into /PSP/GAME/
- Get the official sony 1.50 eboot and put it in the /PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder with the name of
UPDATE.PBP
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how to :- Run HEN-D if you are not already running it. it only says to run, but how do i install ?? is their a tutorial on how to do this step by step ??
