Troubles with xbox to tvcard

One day i'd decided to take my xbox down to connect it with my Tvcard on the computer.
It went just fine with most of the games, but when i'd inserted my Splintercell Pandora tommorow,it was only picture on half of the screen and the picture jumped up and down...
I live in Norway therefore the games i am using is PAL...
And Splinter cell is allso a PAL game, like all the others.
And it does work fine on TV...
Somebody that could help me here?
