I have a Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP I use it to capture(avi) my VHS and save it onto my HD and then use Nero to burn it to DVD. My question is what is a better way to capture it into a better format for better quality? I heard of a lot but its very confusing. Mpeg what is the best format to capture to and how to convert it in order to turn into a dvd? Thanks
