article published on 5 January, 2013

MPAA CEO Chris Dodd has announced today the hiring on Diane Strahan as COO of the Hollywood trade group. Seems like a pretty good system they have going. After "our" elected officials get done sucking corporate teat passing laws the public doesn't get to vote on, they retire to a corporate job to further their screwing of the public.
Chris Dodd is a criminal, but will never be prosecuted because he is part of the good ol' boy network. http://hotair.com/archives/2009/03/30/a...tions-for-dodd/
If not for his political connections, he could have been charged with racketeering. I guess that's only for organized crime, not for government officials, my bad.

Chris Dodd is NOT a vet. A vet has fought in REAL wars such as Vietnam, WWII & Iraq. Chris Dodd has no experience in military combat. I doubt he even knows how to shoot a fully automatic machine gun.

Chris Dodd is more of a corporate thief or Ambulance Chaser than vet, IMHO.

I bet some real vets would feel the same sentiment.

You're taking it out of context. What I'm saying is that Diane Strahan shouldn't be given the time of day as she's nothing more than a corporate goon. Forgive me for not reading the entire article, LOL.

A few exchanges on this topic brings to mind the wisdom of Mark Twain. He called the US Congress a true criminal class. I wonder what he would have to say about the present whore-house of representatives.

The whole concept of DRM never has and never will be an effective means of stopping piracy. This is nothing more than a bunch of corporate fatcats trying to hold onto their jobs and screw over legitimate customers in the process.
