Free HDD Loader - HELP

I have got free hdd loader but it wont boot off of mem card, when it tries to boot it sayes that it can`t load HDLOADERLITE.ELF and stops.
Anyone else had this and can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Im having another problem, ive downloaded this version but it is broken down into 7 parts (.rar) files. each with what appears to be the same iso image (all 19mb in size) does this seem right?

do i need to combine all of these files in some way or burn one them to CD/DVD or is my download corrupt?

wes, just extract all files and you will end up with the required files for burning to cd.
