According to new reports, Samsung will unveil its challenger to the popular iPad Mini next month at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona. To some degree. If you are price conscious, then yes it would be fun. If Samsung makes Android updates quickly available when released, like Ios, then it will be a good battle.
