Ive just checked my ps2 and found out that its V5/V6! But whats the best way of going around modding it??

ive seen a lot of people talk about chipping it, but have also heard this screws up ur ps2! is this true? how would i b able to chip it??

ive seen other people discussing some sort of disk, that u can put in ur ps2 and then just eject it and put in ur copied game, how does this work?? do i need to install anything else?? Where can i get one from??

try modchipkits.com and check out the fliptop cover and swap magic combo. the swap magic boot discs supply the boot code that the PS2 needs to see, then you open the fliptop lid and insert your backup, close the lid and hit the "X" and away you go. my four year olds can work it and my 11 year old installed it.
