OK. OK. I already accept MovieStar 5 is crap, but it is the only software I can find that will read analog VHS tapes in through a Dazzle 150 (which Best Buy still carries and which comes w/MovieStar 5). I can read in an entire VHS tape as a single mpg file, but I can find no way via MovieStar 5 to edit the file and break into segments. I have tried to read in just a portion of the tape to create a single segment but MovieStar 5 will for some reason not create an mpg file from this abbreviated input. Any reply will be greatly appreciated...
