hi im a new member to these forums but have been reading around them for quite a while now. i just have to quick questions about my new 2510a oem drive that is on the way:

1.i live in england and i hear that the ritek G04 dye is good stuff. is this http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=937966182&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X3Jldmlld3M=&product_uid=62308 good enough media to burn a ripped dvd from dvd shrink on.

2. because the drive i ordered (NEC 2510a) is an oem version it comes with no drivers or firmware. i hear you can run the drive on windows xp without the drivers but ive googled and cannot seem to find a site with the 2510a fireware on it. would somebody please give me some directions or a link as to where i could find the firmware and possibly drivers.

1)Nero Ultra is a complete package that has been the choice for many as far as software goes.

2)Your OEM unit comes with firmware 2.15 built-in.
