SRT2SUP error

Hello,

Last friday I downloaded SRT2SUP to convert my *.SRT to *.SUP. I've installed SRT2SUP and rebooted my computer. Everytime when I start SRT2SUP he says the following: ERROR - INI file not found!!!

And when I open my *.SRT as a textdocumet he says:
Appending SRT file - (pathname of the *.SRT)
0
Record out of sequence.

I've already tried to install it on an other machine, but that didn't make a difference.
I also tried to fool SRT2SUP by creating my own SRT2SUP.INI, but with no possitve result.

Is there anybody who's got a solution for this?

Please HELP!
