Which modchips support sleep mode?

I was planning on buying a PS2 modded w/ a Magic v3 modchip...and thus I was wondering if it had a "sleep" mode. If not, what modchips do? I mean sleep mode as in allowing you to turn it off for online gaming. ^_^ Thanks in advance.
