CBS has unveiled a new app for iOS devices giving iPhone and iPad owners streaming access to full episodes of their favorite shows including NCIS, CSI, and How I Met Your Mother. The app will allow for streaming of daytime and late-night shows within 24 hours of the original broadcast date. Primetime programming will be available 8 days after broadcast.
