I have tried to join two avi files using virtua dub and they have joined fine.

The only problem is they are should be total of 6oo mb tops but they are showing up as a 14gb file,

What is going on Here?

Any Help Guys

Change the Video setting from 'Full processing mode' to 'Direct stream copy'.
Search would have helped you also.

Yes 'direct stream copy' both audio and video
(important safety tip) LoL
Because both are compressed and you need to keep them that way :-)
