100 soundtrack error.

I just went through and deleted a bunch of old saves, and i accidently deleted my soundtracks(it was late and i was tired) well the next day i went to go put them all back on and it said"You have already reached the 100 soundtrack limit" or somthing along those lines and i would not let me. Any help please.
