Major video game publisher Activision Blizzard's CEO Robert Kotick was one of the highest paid executives of 2012. The CEO made $65 million in compensation, thanks to a major stock award. At least this guy has been with them from the early days...The "fly by night" CEOs that always jump ship when times are tough only to get a huge severance bonus really chaps the hide..
