Because there are so many that do Android already. With Windows Phone, they can be a little more exclusive. There really doesn't seem to be a very good selection of Windows phones right now. I was seriously considering the Lumia, until I went into the store and held it in my hand. It was just too bulky for me or I probably would have went home with one.

Because MS paid them $1 Billion or so to be Windows Phone only.
