According to BGR, the HTC First, the first device to feature Facebook's "Home" interface, is about to be dropped from AT&T lineup of devices. Allegedly, the sales have been so disappointing that exclusive carrier AT&T will be shipping all unsold inventory back to HTC once its contractual obligation to keep them in stores is satisfied. Somehow I knew this Facebook Mobile OS would be a flop. It seemed rather pointless since all the major Mobile SmartPhone OSes already featured Facebook integration.

...but it was basically a nexus with one addon. I'm amazed they don't try to take advantage of that.

Should have been on a cheaper carrier to try to attract teens to the device. Most parents can't/won't shell out $100+ per month for an AT&T plan with this cheap phone.
