Ubisoft is sticking up for Nintendo at a time when others are not.
The publisher says it is confident that Nintendo will make the Wii U a success, saying we know "Nintendo will take steps to ensure that the Wii U is successful in the market."

Nintendo has confirmed that a new Wii-U Mario, Mario Kart-U and Smash Bros. U will be present at E3: so let them enlighten the world if more of the same is a good thing or no.
I tried the Wii U on demo and it looks like a pretty cool system to me. Can it directly compete with Playstation or Xbox? Of course not, but honestly, did the Wii ever do that? I think it had a place in the market and so does the Wii U. I was also impressed with the 3DS XL, even though I was never impressed with the original 3DSi.
My 12 year old son is a hardcore Playstation gamer starting with a PS2, and nowwhe also has a PS Vita, and he still goes back to the original Wii from time to time, loves his DSi XL, and wants both the Wii U and the 3DSXL.
