If true, which I know seems to be heavily rumored, then MS is going to to lose. I truly believe MS has it in the works. If there is enough of an outcry or lack of demand, a quick firmware will be added to remove it.
I'm waiting until '14 to see which one I will buy first. I have both now, along with a lot of older systems. Heck I just played on my atari 5200 to see if it would work.
