If Sony can turn consumer negativity around, so can EA. Only deeds and time will tell though.

I see this being slightly noticeable later down the road but I don't see the company being anything as "service oriented" as Steam or as friendly as Steam either. EA will always be a 'buy buy buy buy buy' platform with little support as they have now. I only buy when their crap goes ultra cheap and even BF3 for 10 bucks didn't enthuse me to play in their B.S. platform that runs in a browser. ICK!!!
