I have an mpeg file and i need to do two things with it.

First of all I need to put a link in the mpeg to a website. Is this possible and how?

and I need to do this in a format that'll run on as many different systems as possible.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, i currently am putting it into a flash file .swf bu if this is opened straight off it opens it in a browser which distorts the size to fit the browser.
