easy cd creator 6 problems

I've been using Roxio Easy CD Creator 6 to convert my DivX movies to DVD movies. Using DVD Builder ive been dragging the files from the Explorer to the DVD menu. This worked fine for about 3 DVDs but has suddenly stopped working.

When I open the Explorer window and drag the file across, nothing happens and some of the icons go black when the cursor is dragged over them.

I've tried reinstalling the program, but that hasnt fixed it. Can any one help me?
