Sorry that the subject isn't more specific. I just don't know exactly what it is I'm looking for yet. That's what I'm hoping someone here can help me with.

I would like to use AE to allow one video to show through another.

I'm not sure how to describe what I mean. The best example I can give is what this vidder has done:

If you download and watch their video, you'll see they took the original music video for Christina Aguilera's "Fighter" and added scenes from Buffy the Vampire slayer to it (or sometimes added it to scenes from BtVS.)

I'm new to After Effects, so any tutorials you could point me to or any tips you could give me would be much appreciated.
