I hate to be that guy, but these things really spook me. As it is, the government can track my phone without a warrant and the carriers happily turn over all call records. Yes, I know that my phone will be locked down...but I don't know that about everyone else will. How long until we see the next carrier-installed trojan?

^This. Especially with combined with a "turn camera on w/o notice" trojan that inevitably shows up.
I'm with you guys, you couldn't pay me to put this spyware on my face. We need to get pervy Uncle Sam out of our bedrooms, not invite him into our heads.
