Using nero express 6 i opened a cue file like normal but when i went to write a message popped up saying: 'Writing on this disc could fail or can create bad disc' And then fails. What do i need to do to fix this? thanks

Strange. Maybe if you open the .CUE with CDMage and do an 'Action--->Scan for corruption' it reports some bad result (errors in the .BIN) already found and reported ('...can create a bed disc') by Nero Express?
Otherwise, post the .CUE here and let's see (strange..). Sorry, I never used Nero Express so I don't know this error. Report here the CDMage results.
And...if Nero you do Recorder__Choose recorder what does it say about the overburning capability of your burner?
