Microsoft has made all of their recent Microsoft Surface price cuts permanent. Beginning on August 29th, Surface Pro, Surface RT and Touch Cover prices will begin rolling out to all markets where the devices are sold. I got mine with a touch cover for $250 thanks to an educational promotion. So much better than an iPad...
