Sony has confirmed that the upcoming PlayStation 4 will do voice recognition through the PS Camera. The company confirmed the news, but left little in the way of details. Sounds like Sony is making all the right moves. I'd rather have the camera as an option so I can have it on when I so choose. You never know who could be watching you these days....

Sony already got spanked and learned HARD earned lessons. I am actually really happy to see them so much more pro-consumer this round. Pretty shocked to see Microsoft go so anti-consumer. I'd ask...didn't they watch Sony crash and burn for several years and learn anything from that?

But then you look at how anti-consumer every other area of Microsoft is and there is your answer. It's like the PC division has overrun the Console division and the inmates are running the entire asylum these days.

So, just like the Xbox One Kinect then?
It can be turned off & also unplugged.
