I purchased a DVD X Maker and it requires some things.

-various formats are supported as long as proper codecs
installed

-the video must be one of the following sizes/rates

NTSC 720x480 or 352x240 at 29.97fps (auto conversion from 30fps applied if necessary)

PAL 720x576 or 352x288 at 25fps

I need to change the format to NTSC 720x480 or 352x240 at 30 or 29.97fps. Can someone help?
