I have been using torrenst for like 2 weeks now and im wondering if i can speed these things up a bit... well im using a wireless router... connected with a wireless card to my laptop... the lap top is running on windows 2000 and the main computer is using xp... any help would be greatly appreciated. i am currently only reaching speeds of like 5 kib once i saw 50 lol for like a couple minutes.

a good bittorrent tool named BT Engine,can accelerate bittorrent download and protect HD.

i opened ports 6881~6999 .. now my rate is like between 25-30 is that normal speed?

There are loads of good free BT clients around. Don't buy or use one that needs so serial.
