Change resolution for SVCD in Nero - How

I have created a Slideshow in Nero 6.x (the latest with all available plugins) and started it with SVCD format.

When time comes to actually burn it, the ratio for my NTSC output is either Automatic or 4:3 but the resolution is always 470x470 (which is a perfect square) and it is light-gray (can't change the settings whatsoever!).

This in turn creates a smeared and stretched image on the TV screen when it plays via the DVD player.

Does anyone know how to change the setting of the resolution? (anything I tried in changing the other parameters in that window tab didn't allow me access to the resolution).
