Sprint, the third-largest carrier in the U.S., has said it will gradually offer faster LTE speeds than its rivals; Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. They don't even have a complete 4G network yet. How are they talking about improving it?

LOL I live in Southern California, and Sprint 4G coverage is spotty throughout....pretty much only consistent in certain parts of LA County.... My contract ends September 2014, and I see my odds of renewing at about 10% right now...Sprint Sucks.
