It always makes me stop and wonder when a dirt bag like Bloomberg wants to "provide something for free." A billionaire control freak that wants to strip away freedom with legislation. This is the guy that even wants the "state" to be able to tell you what size of soft drink you can have.
The largest free wifi network in the country, I'm sure there are no strings attached.
