What kinda speeds should I be seeing?

I've Googled, searched, read, downloaded, tinkered, etc. but I'm only averaging anywhere from 30-50 (sometimes 70+) down and 20-25 up on files with 100+ seeds.

Laptop:

Pentium M 1.7 GHz
Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional
512 MB 333MHz SDRAM

Linksys router (ports 6881-6900 forwarded)
XP Firewall disabled
Panda AV/Firewall (connection allowed)
Azureus (configured as well as a noob can)

Cable, 3Mb/256kb

Help! Please!

You should be getting Approx 350kb/sec max.

I take it you are using BitTorrent, it depends on the file, and how many people have the file, as to what speed you are getting off it. Also it may have 30 users, but they might all be on 56k, and sharing other stuff aswell....

But, you will most likely only get around the 100kb/sec from BT..
