DVDX Copy Platinum and Collection DVDs

Hi all, I am a fond user of the ripper version of DVDXCopy Platinum. I am finding that series DVDs like Sopranos, etc. only copy the first show on the disc, not all. Does anyone know how to copy discs such that all the content makes it over? So, if the disc has three episodes, how do I get all three copied?

They are there on the DVD. You must select them individually, manually.
DVDXCopy Platinum finds the first (usually, the largest) one automatically, and then stops looking.
