Report: HP to launch new, cheap phablets

Multiple reports are claiming that HP is looking to get back into the the smartphone business, aiming new devices at emerging markets. Supposedly the new 6-inch phablets will sell off-contract for less than $250, which would certainly be a stretch as even the best value 5-inch smartphones now sell for $350 off-contract.
