Does your Camcorder have a Firewire output???
If so then you just need to have a Firewire port on your PC and capture software for Transfering DV Files to your Hard drive....
If your Camcorder only has RCA or S-Video outputs then you would need a capture card but since your Camcorder is Digital then it should have a Firewire Output....Cheers
