I'm a seriously tapped-in network engineer and I've never heard of Viber so without question.......many many others (dare I say the majority) haven't heard of Viber either.

As for Rakuten.........Buy.com has never been the same since the buyout. Actually, Rakuten just cheaped the Hell out of the website now by adding crap product in with good.
