According to Tech in Asia, cloud syncing service Dropbox is now unblocked in China after having been trapped behind the Great Firewall since 2010. I used dropbox for the first time on my 2 month trip to mainland china last december and january. I used dropbox's camera sync and uploaded nearly 2000 pictures. never had a problem.

Also, 2 GB of free space must be an error (unless each country has its own cap) because im using 95% of the 5GB capacity and never paid a dollar
