How do I lock my HDD with ConfigMagic???

i've downloaded ConfigMagic. i can't seem to find a thread or tutorial here or on xbox-scene on how to use/install it. i need to lock my replacement maxtor 120g hdd and am running evox v1.8.3935. can someone please help me?
