First off, I am very new to this, so please no flaming. I have been reading faithfully but have yet to come up with a clear answer. I am hoping some pros here can offer some experince and knowledge so i can learn more.

Ok, I have tried to backup a copy of Lord of the Rings. After using DVD shrink it came out fine, but then I went to DVD Decryptor to copy the ISO file. Luckily, I tried test first. I came up with 2 error messages:

I/O Error
Device: [1:0:0] Matshita DVD-RAM UJ-811 H100 (D:)
CDB: 2A 00 00 11 02 00 00 00 10 00
Interpretation: Write (10) - Sectors 1114624-114639
Reason: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error

I/O Error!
Device: [1:0:0] Matshita DVD-RAM UJ-811 H100 (D:)
ScsiStatus: 0 x 02
Interpretation: check condition
CDB: 2A 00 00 11 02 00 00 00 10 00
Interpretation: Write (10) - Sectors 1114624-114639
Sense area: 70 00 04 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 80 A0 09 04 00 00 00 00
Intepretation: Head select fault

Frankly, I have no clue what this means, and was hoping some experienced people could explain and help me to fix this problem.

See reply in thread started by RealGomer - probably a FAT32 file system problem.

If you are using Win ME or Win98 - you will have a 4GB limitation on ISO files

Thanks, looked at realgomer's post but it is not the same problem. I am running a NTFS system and not Fat32. I have searched but to no use. Nothing has come up yet that answers my question.
