I'm fairly new to video and DVD-R use. Though I have learned alot the last few weeks (big thanks to this site). Today I ran into a new problem I can't seem to get around. In the past when making my own DVD's from .AVI files I havn't had any issues. I can put two 350mb AVI's onto 1 DVD uncluding the menus I create using NeroVision. Today I am attempting to create a DVD using a 700mb .AVI file. And when it is almost done Transcoding/Authoring I get an error saying my disk is full (meaning my HDD I assigned Nero to use for transcoding). At which point it is, and I have to delete all the temp authoring files to regain my space. Now, the drive I use for this function has over 24GB of free space. Why is this happening? How can NeroVision be using 24GB of temp space to burn a disc from a 700mb file? Any ideas?
