Transfer DVD Shrink "recognition" ability. Old computer to New computer

Hi,
(Sorry if this is a repeat post -- I don't see my original, and I tried to send before I had a password...)
This is my first time on ANY forum, blog,... so please be gentle :)
I've spent hours on the web, but my search terms come up with other hits, so I think I need a real human to read this.
I really want to transfer the "recognition" ability that DVD Shrink has on my old computer, which is dying, to a new computer. By "recognition" ability I mean that if I ripped a DVD 3 years ago and pop in the same (original) DVD, when I go to analyse the DVD, DVD Shrink recognizes it as already having been ripped. This has saved my countless hours of re-ripping, and lets me know when I've got something new in the drive.
I would REALLY like some help on this.

In your new PC you have to start from fresh.
But, if you use your old PC "as" external HD for your new PC, "maybe" you can achieve what you want.

Thank you (sort of... I wish there was better news...)
I see that you are a Senior Member, so I imagine you are correct, but does anybody else have better news? It certainly seems like this data is kept somewhere on my old laptop, and if the information is there, can't it somehow be accessed...
Seems odd that there would be no way.
Do you think this is something a technician could possibly do, or do you think it is really impossible?

I know (in Windows 7 anyway) that there is a hidden folder c:\ProgramData\DVD Shrink that has a bunch of Analysis Results files - maybe that's it.
You have to go to Tools > Folder Options >Folder View and check 'Show hidden files, folders and drives'.

So now it seems like maybe there IS hope???
say I do find something in c:\ProgramData\DVD Shrink
I'd just copy this file onto a flash drive and then once I install DVD Shrink from scratch onto the new computer I would transfer this (many year old) file from the flash drive and REPLACE the preexisting new file (in existance for hours or less) with the one from the flash drive -- with exactly the same name?
Again, thank you VERY VERY much. This will save me Ten's of hours down the road!!

In one PC I opened and Analysed a new DVD.
Copied the analysis file my regular PC and opened the disk in DVD Shrink
When I selected 'Analysis' it popped up that it wasn't required.

I'm a great fan of forums now. That is so kind of you to help out a neophyte!
I have not purchased a new computer yet (partly due to this issue), and my old laptop usually does not even boot up, so it has been off for weeks, but I can usually get it to start up after repeated tries. I'll get a new computer and have it up and running as I try to get the other started, and then give your explanation a try.
Is remuneration common? I can offer math help, movies :), garden plants...

You are correct.
In fact, I purchased dvdprofiler (not too familiar with it yet, and unfortunately it does not find all my movies) before I started this thread.
It is just that I am only starting to try and organize them, and I've got thousands already ripped, and just knowing that I've already ripped them vs. doing it again is a huge help.
Kind of you to input though -- this "community," or forums in general I guess, seem so altruistic!
