I know how to open ports on both routers, I even know exactly how to open ports in XP. The problem is the options to do it have dissapeared.

My set up is two PC's and two routers. The main one is connected via Lan cable to a wireless router that inturn connects (wirelessly ofcourse) to the other PC. The Wireless router is connected via another Lan cable to my ADSL router that accesses the internet.

The system works using a netbridge. Undernetwork connections I only have two listsings:

Network Bridge and Local area connection.

The problem is that, when I click on either one of these and choose "change settings of this connection" there is no Advanced Tab! Local Area Connection only reads as the properties of the Lan card in the back of my PC. Oh, and they are both listed under "Network Bridge" in Network Connections.

Time flows like a river, and history repeats itself, so remember not to have a crap because it will come back round.

Anyone?

Im almost sure the port ranges are correctly opened on both routers. It seems to be the lack of open ports on XP thats the problem.

Had a look at the sites, cant seem to see anything. he problem is, whenever anything explains how to open ports it simply assumes that you already have access to that advanced tab.

I think it might be because I use a netowrk bridge in XP and this doesnt have that tab, but I dont know what to do about it.
